We hold a Book Fair each fall. You and your family can purchase books for home.
PTO Picnics
School families and staff gather for picnics on the school grounds.
Musical Programs
Featuring our school strings and grade level singing concerts.
Learning Beyond the School Walls
Field trips, extended field studies, camping, guest speakers and community projects are also a part of our learning. Check out the Ho Chunk Family Tree Sculpture!
Fun Run
Students, staff and parents participate in a walk/run through the neighborhood with warm up exercises and refreshments.
Ready-Set-Go(al) Conference
Introduce your teacher to your family and be part of setting your learning goals for the school year.

Harry White Horse Project
Look for the Harry White Horse statue in the LMC that was created from a 143 year old oak tree that needed to be cut down on school grounds.

Library
We have a large library filled with all kinds of resources.
Student Council
Our Council has 18 students with three from each 4th and 5th grade classroom. Projects have included bake sales to raise money for the homeless, a food drive and a bear drive to obtain stuffed animals to give to children who have to ride in Madison ambulances. The Student Council proudly gives a gift to the school each year.
Career Day/Lunch Bunches
You'll have the opportunity to listen to a variety of adults share their careers and ideas with you during Career Day.
Cultural Arts Programs
Our PTO brings in a variety of programs such as the Opera for the Young or other cultural groups which feature traditional music, art and dances from a variety of cultures.
