Jerald Tollefson, currently the principal at Marquette Elementary School in Madison, will become the principal at Falk Elementary School next school year. Tollefson will take the place of George Theoharis, who's taking an educational leave of absence.
Tollefson has guided Marquette for the last four years, and has been an elementary school principal for 20 years. Tollefson has a master's degree in education and an educational specialist degree, both from Northern Illinois University.
The application and selection process for a new principal at Marquette is underway.
