Classes resume for Chávez students on Friday, November 30 at temporary school assignment through December 21
School will resume at Chávez on January 7, 2002

No materials, supplies or furniture will be moved from Chávez.

Student Daily Schedule November 30 - December 21, 2001:

Report to Chávez
- By usual means
- At regularly scheduled start time of 8:30am
- A gathering place will be determined
  - Students will be escorted to their respective buses for transportation to their temporary school
  - Buses will leave at 8:45am with an anticipated arrival time at the temporary school of 9:00am
Safe Arrival calls should be made to the Chávez regular attendance number 442.2002
Chávez educational programs will be continued at the temporary schools by Chávez classroom teaching staff
Lunch will be served as usual at the temporary schools
Students will return to Chávez at the end of the instructional day
- Leave temporary schools at 4 pm, Tuesday through Friday; 2:30 pm on Monday
- Arrive at Chávez at approximately 4:15 - 4:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday; 2:45 - 3:00 pm on Monday
- Regular bus routes from Chávez will transport those students who regularly ride the bus
The After School Program will be contacting their enrollees about an alternate location.

Howard Fried, principal and Linda Pollasch, secretary will have an office at Doyle Room 213, their phone numbers will be the Chávez number 442.2000.
