Wisconsin DPI Special Education Team
This site takes you to the home page of the Special Education Team for the Department of Public Instruction. The site lists DPI publications such as the Information Update Bulletins, as well as information regarding IDEA complaints and state special education initiatives.

Wisconsin DPI Alternate Assessment Information
This site takes you to the Department of Public Instruction site that provides the Wisconsin Alternate Assessment (WAA) instrument that is used for students with disabilities. The site contains the bulletin that shows guidelines, an alternate assessment checklist, rating scale, and a guide for teachers. It also contains a brochure for parents. Finally, it has a downloadable power point presentation that can be used for training purposes.

This Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) serves 75 school districts throughout Wisconsin. The CESAs provide leadership and coordination of services for these school district.  This site will provide access to programs and instructional services that the CESA offers as well as much other useful information.
LINK - Dane County
This site takes you to the LINK which is a coalition of Dane County agencies and programs for children with developmental disabilities and their families. The purpose of LINK is to provide a regularly scheduled forum for members to work together to promote coordinated service for children and families, collaborative systems planning, and sharing of information.
