If an employee of the Madison Metropolitan School District is subpoenaed to testify in court on a District matter, she/he shall do so unless there is just cause for his/her failure to appear.
Any appearance in court required by a subpoena to testify shall be made by District employees without loss of regular wages and without loss of paid leave.
