As a requisite to being hired, all employees must verify employment eligibility by providing their present name, birth name (if different from present name), current address, date of birth, Social Security number, and proof of citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
Employees must provide documents that establish identity and employment eligibility, as specified in Form I-9 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service.
