An administrator who works fewer days than the established number of his/her annual contract will be paid only for the number of days worked (unless taken as personal days, etc.). Although the administrator will lose salary for the amount of contract days not worked, service credit will be earned under the following schedule:

• An administrator who works 75.00% or more of their established contract days will earn one year of seniority.
  
• An administrator who works between 30.00% and 74.99% of their established contract days will earn ½ year of seniority.
  
• An administrator who works between 0% and 29.99% of their established contract days will earn no seniority.
  
• Paid status, including LTD, up to one year, will be considered as days worked for the purposes of seniority
