Source(s):

A former employee of the Madison School District (the "District") who has worked in the District as an Administrator for at least seven years and who resigns in good standing* as a District Administrator may, for a seven-year period from the effective date of his/her resignation, apply and receive an interview for all vacant Administrative positions for which such former Administrator is qualified. The former Administrator shall be interviewed by the hiring authority during the final interview procedure.
