Subject: CHANGES IN STATUS: REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES

Promotion, Transfer, Reassignment, and Reclassification

Each of the above specified changes in employment status has the potential to affect a represented employee. Supervisors should always consult with the Human Resources Department and refer to the most current Collective Bargaining Agreement to determine legally-binding procedures.

For policies governing Discipline, Suspension or Discharge of represented staff, refer to Policy 9.03 in this manual.
