Hours of Work
All full-time Building and Construction Trades employees work a 40-hour week, per a schedule established by the Employer. Schedules may be changed and overtime may be required at the Employer's discretion.
Lunch & Breaks
Employees have a 30-minute, unpaid lunch break and two paid 10-minute breaks each day, which may be taken consecutively.
Overtime
Any work performed outside an employee's regular full-time schedule will be paid for at the rate of one and one-half the hourly rate or, with the consent of the employer, the employee may take compensatory time off.

Premium Pay for Undesirable Hours
Premium pay will be received by any employee working undesirable hours, which are defined as any time between 6:00 p.m. of one day and 6:00 a.m. of the following day on weekdays, except when overtime is paid or compensatory time given.
