1. Wage rates for positions which reference the SEE unit will be adjusted on the same dates and in the same manner as positions covered by the SEE bargaining unit. The benefits for employees assigned to positions which reference the SEE unit will be the same as those granted employees represented by that unit.
2. Wage rates for positions assigned to salary grades 8, 9, 11 and 12 will be adjusted on the same date and in the same or equivalent manner as positions covered by the Custodial bargaining unit. Benefits for employees assigned to salary grades 8, 9, 11 and 12 will be the same as those granted to employees represented by the custodial unit.
