Subject: EFFECT ON COMPENSATION OF CHANGES IN STATUS: REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
Source(s): Currently Negotiated, Legally Binding Collective Bargaining Agreements

Whenever a change in employment status occurs that would affect a represented employee, such as promotion, transfer, reassignment, demotion, or re-employment, the supervisor should refer to the appropriate and most current Collective Bargaining Agreement to determine impact on compensation.
