Subject: EFFECT ON COMPENSATION OF CHANGES IN STATUS: SUPPORT STAFF NOT REPRESENTED BY A BARGAINING UNIT
Source(s): Currently Negotiated, Legally Binding Collective Bargaining Agreements

Whenever a change in employment status, such as promotion, transfer, reassignment, demotion, or re-employment, affects an employee not represented by a bargaining unit but referenced by the Custodian bargaining unit or the Supportive Educational Employees bargaining unit, the supervisor should refer to the most current, applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement to determine impact on compensation.
