Custodian Application Process
Thank you for your interest in seeking employment as a custodian
with the Madison Metropolitan School District. Custodian applications
are only accepted when our eligibility list is depleted, which occurs
approximately every two years. The District last accepted applicants
in spring of 2001. We expect to accept custodian applications again
in December of 2003, or when the eligibility list expires.
During the time period when MMSD is accepting applications, information
is posted on our website, on our phone line, and is advertised in
the Madison Times and Wisconsin State Journal. More detailed instructions
will be provided at the time the application period is again open.
If you should have any questions regarding the screening and hiring
process for Custodians, please contact Elaine Wirsbinski, Personnel
Analyst, at (608) 663-1748.
If, because of a disability, you require the assistance of auxiliary
aides or services in conjunction with the Custodial application
process, please call (608) 663-1748 or TTY (Telecommunications Device
for the Deaf) (608) 663-1744 to make arrangements.
