Custodial Workers Salary and Benefits

The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) supports its Custodians by offering very competitive wages and benefits. While individual salaries are not negotiable, the starting wage for the 2007-08 school year is $14.82 per hour. Employees are eligible for a pay increase after six months.
