The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) supports its Teachers and staff by offering very competitive wages and benefits. While individual salaries are not negotiable, starting wages for the 2007-08 school year range from $32,565 to $62,339 depending upon the position, educational degree, and years of experience.
