The Statesman is the annual yearbook. Students are encouraged to try their hand at year booking in their freshman and sophomore years to determine their interest and talent. As juniors and seniors they will then be prepared to take over production of the yearbook.

The Statesman members work from August to March. Meetings are 2 times per month, and many extra hours are spent during non-meeting times completing pages to meet deadlines.

Candid Photographs also needed! The yearbook staff needs candid photos that you may have taken while having fun with your fellow classmates.  These need to be submitted ASAP!  We are looking for summer events, sporting events (especially spring sports), jobs, etc.  We would prefer to have very candid shots, not a group of people gathered, smiling into a camera.  Many of the same students appear again and again in the book---because they are the only ones who answer our call for picture submission.  All photographs do become the property of the yearbook and will not be returned.
