How do I order from the Video Library?
There are now five different ways to book or order a video:
1. You can now locate, select and schedule a video from the Video Library at Pflaum Rd. by using the Destiny library search tool. Instructions for booking videos can be found in portable document format (.pdf), Flash Movie (.swf), Quicktime movie (.mov), Power Point (.ppt), or HTML format.
2. By completing a "Video Booking Request Form". The completed forms can be sent to the Video Library via interschool mail.
3. The form can be completed, printed and faxed (204-0375) to the Video Library.
4. The form can be completed saved and eMailed to Marsha Tortorice at videolibrary@madison.k12.wi.us . Please make a photocopy for your records. The booking forms are available in your LMC, from the Video Library, or via download.
5. You can call and place your order with the Video Library Clerk between the hours of 12:30 and 4:15 p.m. at 204-6813.
