Responsibility and Authority of the SUPERINTENDENT

The SUPERINTENDENT and only the SUPERINTENDENT is directly responsible to the BOARD, except for the duties of the Legal Counsel when acting as the attorney for the Board and the duties of the SECRETARY OF THE BOARD as they may be defined by the BOARD and the SUPERINTENDENT, or provided by Statutes 120.15, 120.16, 120.17 and 120.44(2).
