    4. Board President's Announcements and Reports
    5. Superintendent's Announcements and Reports
    6. Committee Reports and Action Thereon
      1. Performance and Achievement
      2. Finance and Operations
      3. Human Resources
      4. Long Range Planning
      5. Partnership
        1. Board of Education/Common Council Liaison
      6. Legislative
    7. Auditing, Purchasing, Transfers, and Other Financial Transactions
      1. Auditing
        1. Interim Bills
        2. School Building Fund Bills
      2. Purchasing
      3. Transfer of Funds
      4. Other Financial Transactions
        (Examples: bills for City services, promissory notes, tuition rates, anything monetary that does not go through the Budget & Finance Committee)
    8. Employee Services Transactions
    9. Reports to the Board
      (Examples: Suspension Reports, Enrollment Reports, Dropout Reports, Reports from Board members and the Superintendent on convention attendance, DPI School Nutrition Programs)
    10. Other Business
      (Examples: Claims Against the District, Graduations, Remission of Tuition, Notification of Board member term expiration, anything non-monetary that does not go through a Board Committee)
