POLICY	INFORMATION	1515 Board of Education

Information Concerning the School District

Members of the BOARD shall be supplied with information concerning the School District by the SUPERINTENDENT or her/his designee upon request.

Prompt response is intended, although the normal work load of STAFF may require some delay. Reasons for delay will be communicated to the BOARD members.
If requests for information are frequent to the extent that providing it creates an unusual burden on the human or financial resources of the District, the matter shall be brought to the attention of the BOARD.
