Election-Term-Responsibility

The SUPERINTENDENT shall be recruited by the BOARD.
The SUPERINTENDENT is elected by the BOARD.
The term of election for the SUPERINTENDENT is determined by the BOARD and shall not exceed two years.
The SUPERINTENDENT is responsible to the BOARD.
