Physical Education Uniform
- All pupils in grades 4 through 12 participating in physical education are required to wear appropriate clothing consistent with the health, safety, and instructional needs of the program.
- Minimum appropriate attire for boys and girls is considered to be: shorts, T-shirt, tennis shoes, socks, and for middle and high school boys, an athletic supporter.

- For sales in schools:
- Greater specificity of "appropriate attire" is determined by the BUILDING PRINCIPAL.
- Color or style of the gymsuit should not, under most circumstances, be criteria for "appropriateness."
- Schools may sell physical education apparel to students providing:
- The physical education program warrants the sale of these items;
- The price of the item is economically advantageous for the pupil;
- BOARD Policy concerning sale of supplies (Policy 3650, Procedure items 2, 3, and 4) is followed.
