Age of Pupils
Pre-kindergarten Enrollment
- A child with a disability who has attained the age of three (3) years shall be
admitted to the District's Early Childhood Program.

- A child with a disability who has not attained the age of three (3) years may be
enrolled in the District's Early Childhood Program with the approval of the
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.

Post-Graduate Enrollment
- A resident over 20 years of age may be admitted to school when in the judgment
of the BOARD s/he will not interfere with pupils of school age.

- A high school pupil who has graduated at mid-year may, for the remainder of the
school year, continue to be enrolled as a post-graduate student and may enroll
in those courses that do not exceed the maximum enrollment for such courses.
- A child with a disabilityshall be admitted to high school through the age of
twenty-one (21) providing s/he is not yet twenty-one (21) on September 1st.
- Approval of the SUPERINTENDENT or his/her designee shall be required for a
child with a disability over the age of twenty-one (21) on September 1st to
continue in a special education program.

Age of Pupils
Post-Graduate Enrollment
- A resident over 20 years of age, to be admitted to high school, shall have the
permission of the PRINCIPAL, who shall make a recommendation to the
appropriate ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT to enroll the resident over 20
years of age.
- To enroll the student, the appropriate ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
shall have given approval.
- Approval of the PRINCIPAL shall be required for a student to do post-graduate
work.
