POLICY	EXPULSION FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT	4046 Pupils

No student who is under expulsion from another School District shall be allowed to enroll in the MMSD.

PROCEDURE	EXPULSION FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT	4046 Pupils

Parents or guardians of a student requesting the transfer of such student into the MMSD from another school district shall be required to indicate whether or not the student is under expulsion.
When a parent or guardian requests the transfer of a student into the MMSD from another school district the Registrar shall request from such other school district a copy of the expulsion findings, and the order, a written explanation of the reason why the pupil was expelled, and the length of the expulsion.
