Behavior, Dress, Grooming
- Responsibilities for the education of each child shall be delegated to the
administrators and teachers of the several schools of the District. Reasonable
rules of conduct are a part of this delegated responsibility.
- Reasonable rules of conduct shall be so constructed as to permit the
maintenance of good order within the schools and in school-related activities
without infringing upon the rights of pupils and their parents in areas of personal
concern.

Behavior, Dress, Grooming
- Reasonable rules of conduct shall prohibit behavior which disrupts, hinders, or
interferes with the education of other pupils and conduct which endangers the
health, safety, or welfare of students, faculty, and staff.
- The BOARD will support the action of any teacher, custodian, supervisor, or
administrator which is necessary to prevent disruption of any function of the
school system.
- Pupils found to be guilty of such conduct shall be suspended by the
PRINCIPAL and may be expelled by the BOARD.
