Reporting Child Enticement
The BOARD requires that all employees report to the PRINCIPAL and/or the APPROPRIATE ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT or her/his designee information that leads such employee to believe that a student's safety is endangered by a person enticing such child for immoral/illegal purposes.

Reporting Child Enticement
When an employee of the Madison Metropolitan School District has reason to believe that the safety of a student is endangered by a person who is enticing a student for immoral/illegal purposes, such employee shall notify the PRINCIPAL of the school which the student attends or her/his designee or the APPROPRIATE ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT or her/his designee of this information as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of this information, the PRINCIPAL/APPROPRIATE ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT or her/his designee shall contact the police and the parent of the student as soon as possible.
