POLICY	FULL TIME STUDENT	4350 Pupils

Definition of a Full-Time Student

For audit purposes, on the third Friday in September and the second Friday in January, a full-time student will be defined as follows:

A full-time High School student is any student enrolled in courses whose annual credit equivalent is three (3) or more.
A full-time Middle School student is any student scheduled for more than two-thirds of a school day.
A full-time Elementary School student is any student scheduled for the full school day.
Any student enrolled in a Special Education Program will be considered full-time when enrolled in courses as deemed appropriate by the DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES.
