Overtime Pay for Clerical Employees
- A claim for overtime pay shall be made on the payroll report immediately following the time in which the overtime was earned.
- Department or division directors, principals, or others responsible for payroll reports, shall maintain a continuing record of overtime earned by clerical employees.
- The record maintained shall indicate and differentiate between overtime pay and compensatory time.
