Parking Spaces for Physically-Disabled Persons
Every building in the Madison Metropolitan School District that has a parking facility with not less than 26 parking spaces, but no more than 49 parking spaces, shall have at least one parking space reserved for use by a motor vehicle used by a physically-disabled person.
Every building in the Madison Metropolitan School District that has a parking facility with not less than 50 spaces, but no more than 1,000 spaces, shall have 2% of all parking spaces reserved for use by a motor vehicle used by a physically-disabled person.
The parking spaces that are designated for physically-disabled persons shall be at least twelve feet wide and shall be located as close as possible to an entrance which allows a physically-disabled person to enter and leave a parking facility without assistance.
