Health Services
The Health Services staff will (1) provide required emergency nursing care and counseling to students as needed during the school day; (2) actively participate in health education development; and (3) implement and manage all health-related mandates with the Madison Metropolitan School District. Minimal standards for managing ill or injured students, as well as providing emergency nursing services, approved by the medical advisor, are located in each Health Office.
The statutes of the State of Wisconsin shall be followed by school nurses of the Madison Metropolitan School District.
