Assignment

1. Initial assignment of personnel shall be the prerogative of the SUPERINTENDENT.

Assignment - Employees Other Than Teachers

1. Upon employment, a beginning employee in the Madison Metropolitan School District is given a preliminary notification of the building and/or position assignment.

The SUPERINTENDENT retains the right to transfer any personnel in the best interests of the schools.
