Administrator Residence
Person(s) hired as an administrator by the Board of Education on or after November 6, 1995 as Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or in any other administrative position(s) as determined by the Superintendent, shall reside within one year from the administrator's first day of employment with the District within the boundary of the District. As a condition of such person's continued employment with the Madison Metropolitan School District as an administrator, such person shall reside within the boundary of the Madison Metropolitan School District.
