consistent effort and progress must occur to receive credit. Projects can

what is fixable in the hardware area and then load operating systems and
software to make them usable. Then attach a printer allowing these word
processors to save and print school work. YOU will learn technical aspects of what makes up a computer and how the components work. You will gain troubleshooting experience in both hardware and software issues. These working units will then be given out to students and families of students. This is a service-learning class where no previous computer experience is necessary -- only a desire to learn. These skills could lead to your employment in a technical area of computing (beats minimum wage). |

MATC credit is available if student chooses to make it happen for themselves. Come have your voice be heard and your creativity shine to the rest of the world through our Shabazz web site. |
