The five university students were: Mohammed K. Abed - From Palistine/UK. From Palestine, Jordan Egypt, and Algeria: Karima Berkani, Fatima Saher Mohammed, Fadi Odeh, and Ala'a Marwan Wafa. |

The class "Who's Got the Power?" had a guest speaker from South Africa named Bekisizwe Ndimande. Ndimande spoke about racism in education in the U.S. and South Africa. Marina Antic, from Sarajevo (former Yugoslavia), shared her experiences of growing up in a Communist country for the class "Rebels With a Cause." |
