Drama Camp A: Foundations of Drama
June 25-299:00 am - 3:30 pm
Designed for participants up to 17 years old. In one jam-packed week students will learn the fundamentals of movement and vocal techniques for the stage, improvisation, Shakespeare, mask-making, African Dance, Musical Theatre, and Stage Combat. Participants will take part in a final presentation for friends and family June 30. Meals and early drop off/late pick-up available. Drama Camp B: Drama in Performance
July 9-20 (Session I)August 13-24 (Session II)
9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Designed for participants up to 17 years old. Previous experience or completion of FOUNDATIONS OF DRAMA required. This performance-oriented, two-week day camp will expand on participants skills in improvisation, performing Shakespeare, Musical Theatre, and Stage Combat resulting in a fully staged short play at the end of two weeks (performances July 21 (Session I) and August 24 (Session II).
