This technology plan is designed to fit within the district's strategic plan while fulfilling both the statutory responsibility to provide DPI with a description of how technology will support student achievement and the administrative responsibility of defining district technology goals which guide the implementation and evaluation of technology related initiatives. This will be a living document and provide a framework to evaluate progress. This plan will also support district fund-raising initiatives and serve as a guide to build community partnerships.

This technology plan encompasses the infrastructure, data, training and support functions of all technology use in the district, from instruction and education support functions in the classroom through all financial, reporting and administrative support functions required to support and manage the school district.
