Our site was written by two guys named Paul J. Robinson and Steve Dunlop. After about 15 minutes of searching, we couldn't find when our site was last updated. You can navigate through the site by the links on the side and the top. It has a search box that works and gives very helpful sites. On one link you can call or write e-mails to the creators of the site. Another positive thing is that the site downloads very quickly and you don't have to wait forever. It would be a very useful site to people who are studying for tests or for fun. Here are 2 questions that can be easily answered on our site: What does a plant cell look like? And the other one is: How does alcohol effect me? There are some fun activities including Dribbles were you can see what happens to you if you drink alcohol. Another one is that you can see what a plant cell looks like through a microscope.

Internet Detectives is a publication produced by Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) middle school students as a resource for other K-12 students. It is an ongoing, cooperative effort of middle school Social Studies classrooms. Students find, evaluate and recommend Internet resources related to the curriculum. This project is supported by MMSD's Teaching and Learning Department and Library Media Services.

These Internet resources were evaluated on the basis of Site Selection Guidelines. Questions and comments regarding specific sites can be sent to the classroom teachers listed with the student author and school.

Questions or comments regarding the Internet Detectives project can be sent to Barb Spitz at bspitz@madison.k12.wi.us or (608) 663-1976.
