Making Two Columns

ClarisWorks / AppleWorks:

  • Look toward the top of your screen until you see the Column Indicator.

  • Click on the button with two side-by-side rectangles until you have just two columns.

  • Click on the button with one rectangle if you want to reduce the number of columns.

Microsoft Word:

  • Go to Format - Columns.

  • Click in the box under Presets labelled Two.

  • Click OK.
