Making Two Columns
ClarisWorks / AppleWorks:
- Look toward the top of your screen until you see the Column
Indicator.
- Click on the button with two side-by-side rectangles until
you have just two columns.
- Click on the button with one rectangle if you want to reduce
the number of columns.

Microsoft Word:
- Go to Format - Columns.
- Click in the box under Presets
labelled Two.
- Click OK.
