How to Change Your Margins

ClarisWorks / AppleWorks:

• Go to Format... Document.
  
  
• The dialogue box shown on the right will appear.
  
  
• Type the appropriate number into each box.
  
  
• Tip: If you make your margins less than .5 inch, the printer will cut off the page.

 

Microsoft Word:

Go to File - Page Setup. Click on the Margins tab (See example on the right). Type the appropriate number in each box. Click OK.
