Using the Clip Art Library
Claris Works / AppleWorks:
- Choose the graphics tool.
- Go to File - Library.
Keep holding down your left mouse button so that the library
listing cascades down.
- Highlight a library that looks interesting to you and release
your mouse button.
- Click and drag the picture you want onto the page (See the
example on the right).
- To close the library, click the gray box in the top left corner.

Microsoft Word:
- Go to Insert - Picture
- Clip Art.
- Use the scroll bar on the left side of the pop-up window to
select a category. Use the scroll bar in the middle to view
the available clip art (See the example below).
or
- Click on the Find button
on the right side of the window. Type in key word(s) of a graphic
you are looking for, and click Find
Now. Available clip art matching your key word(s)
will appear (See the example below).
- Click on the graphic you want to use and click Insert.
