Purpose:
Step by Step…

Have students log on to the National Women's
Hall of Fame http://www.greatwomen.org.

| Step 2 |
Each student should choose one woman they are impressed
by and would like to learn more about.
|
| Step 3 |
|
Have the students read the woman's biography and answer the following
questions about the person they have selected:
- Name the woman you have chosen.
- What do you already know about the woman in this biography?
- What was this woman's greatest accomplishment?
- What were the challenges faced by this woman and what actions
did she take?
- How does this woman's life story remind you of your own life
or the lives of people you know?
- What surprised you about this woman?
- Is this woman living now or did she live in past history?
- For what area of achievement and which year was this woman inducted
into the National Women's Hall of Fame?
- After reading the biography about this famous woman, is there
something more you'd like to know about her?
