| Directions for completing the Research Internship Application |
Your application must include the following items:
- Completed 2008 Application Form.
- Word processed Application Questions.
- Signed Parental Support Statement (Please staple these three parts together).
- Two completed Teacher Recommendations in sealed envelopes with the
teacher signature across the seal. (Do not include more than 2 recommendations.)
- A copy of your unofficial high school transcript at end of fall
semester of 2007.
