Work on education gap lauded

Two UW educators say MMSD stands alone in shrinking the gap and raising performance of all racial groups

A Wisconsin State Journal report quotes two UW education experts saying the Madison School District, with the help of the community, is "remarkable" in using strategies that "have paid off very well" to reduce the racial achievement gap while raising the performance of all racial groups.
