Read & Write Gold is a software program that supports reading and writing skills. It has the ability to read text — on screen, from the Internet, scanned materials, etc. It has word prediction, a talking dictionary, a talking calculator, as well as a Spanish translator.

This is available to any student in the MMSD through the district server. It can be installed on computers at your school through a work order submitted to Technical Services.

Two manuals as well as six head sets are available in each school's LMC. There also is a short video tour after each icon on the toolbar.
