5. Using the Gradebook:
Teachers at East, Memorial and West: need to set a semester composite. Teachers at Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, La Follette, Shabazz, and Alternative schools do not need to set the composite, but will need to apply the curves and make groups before adding assignments. Gradebook Screen Shots: A picture is worth 1000 words. Composites - Curves - Comments: composites set the relationship between the quarters, the exam and the semester grade curves establish the relationship numbers and letter grades comments must be enabled Groups and Assignments: groups define an area of the spread sheet Copy Group Folders and Assignments: Lesson Plan Copier copies sets of group folders to another class Lesson Plan Group Copier copies individual assignments to another class
