HIDDEN Fields

Because we all use the same program, formtomail.cgi, all of our forms should start out the same way, in order for the program to work. All you have to do is cut and paste these lines, remove the line numbers, and fill in the appropriate information.

On line 2, fill in the e-mail login name of the person who should receive the information gathered by the form.

On line 4, fill in the word(s) you want to appear as the subject of the e-mail that the program will send you.

You'll want a "Thank You" page, with a link back to a previous page, so that the reader knows his or her submission was sent without any problems. The full url of this page goes in line 5. Look at an example of a "Thank You" page.
